The Wheelers’ Paramill offers wheelchair users the ability to achieve their fitness goals while using their own chair. Users can and keep their cardiovascular system healthy while using resistance and avoid repetitive motion injuries with a reverse motion function. The Paramill can also be used in clinical settings to help with rehabilitation in correcting stroke pattern and assist in the chair fitting process. Also use the power of resistance and reverse motion to help strengthen core muscles while using preset programs to build strength and endurance. The Paramill offers speed, time, MPH/KM/H, distance, program choice, lap, rpm, resistance and run/park functions right on the display. There are 17 preset programs depending on the model that consist of time goal, distance goal, constant speed program, 5K blast, 10k blast, hills, mountain climb, mountain, random, interval1, interval 2, escalating interval, heart rate- target, heart rate-65%, heart rate-75%, heart rate-85%, heart rate- 65-85%. SIZE: 64 inches L X 44W X 53 inches H (Overall length is 120 inches with the ramp). An additional 19 inches of clearance is needed for clamp rods. WEIGHT: 365 pounds. MAX USER WEIGHT: 400 pounds.
