Offers recreational, social, and educational services to senior citizens. Offers computer classes and open computer lab. Provides a congregate lunch meal (call by noon the day before to make reservations). Provides transportation to the center for lunch. Offers health screenings including blood pressure screening; legal counseling (call to make appointment); income tax preparation assistance; health insurance counseling; bereavement counseling; and peer support groups. Also offers free taxi vouchers for medical appointments to seniors over the age of 60 who live within the city limits of San Marcos.
