The Mental Health Board March 2013 meeting will be held on March 21, 2013, at 3255 Camino Del Rio South, San Diego, CA 92108. This meeting is a Joint Meeting with the Alcohol and Drug Services Advisory Board (ADAB).

The public is invited to comment. Comment is limited to three minutes unless there are more than three speakers, then the limiit will be two minutes.
