Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Information
San Diego County has identified needed services, and with community recommendations, has developed new and expanded programs. The resulting three-year Community Supports and Services Plan was approved by the State in October 2005 and will be updated annually for State review. San Diego County undertook a massive program development and procurement process for expanding and enhancing mental health programs and the necessary support elements.
