• Eligibility Requirements:Victim of serious crimes, including domestic violence, felonious assault, rape, sexual assault (among others) in the United States and who have been/are willing to assist in the reporting, investigating or prosecution of the crime. Victims of domestic violence who are parents, spouses or children of a United States citizen perpetrator or spouses or children of lawful permanent resident perpetrator. Those that are eligible must meet one of the following criteria undocumented victim of domestic violence, undocumented victim of a serious crime, undocumented victim of Human Trafficking (Labor/Sex, undocumented individuals who have been forced to work or provide services but did not receive the payment or treatment at the job they had agreed to, or if they were not paid the minimum wage required in California. No Documents Required. Application for Services must be submitted before intake. The Application document is available by walking-in during business hours. You can request that an Application for Services be mailed to you by U.S. Postal Service, via e-mail or fax. Intakes are arranged once an Application for Services is processed. It takes up to 10 days for an application to be processes and up to 3 weeks before services may be offered. Applications for Services must be accompanied by COPIES of all documents issued by immigration authorities or immigration court, if any.
