Must be coming from an emergency shelter, be willing to set and work towards long-term goals and be able to live in a group environment, be sober and drug free. Drug/TB testing is required. Last domestic violence incident must be within six months of the application process.. Proof of identification. Referral and appointments made through community agencies and homeless shelters.
