Provides mandatory and optional services to all crime victims such as crisis intervention, emergency, restitution, resource and referral, Victim Compensation Board application assistance, court support, and victim information and notification everyday (VINE). These services are provided to crime victims, even when a suspect has not been apprehended or prosecuted.
