Provides school-based outpatient mental health services for children in 1st through12th grade. Services include assessment, rehabilitation services, case management, crisis intervention, medication evaluation and monitoring, individual, family and group therapy for students in the San Diego Unified School District. Services may be provided at the child's school, in the family's home, and/or in the program's office.

  • Eligibility Requirements:Ages 5 to 18 years old (1st through 12th grade). Must receive Medi-Cal or be Medi-Cal eligible. Student must attend schools in the San Diego Unified School District and are struggling with academic success, anxiety, alcohol or other drug use, ADHD or defiant/oppositional behaviors, depression, or emotional hardships.. Call for details/more information;Medicare/Medi-Cal Card. Referrals from parents/guardians, school counselors or teachers. Need to submit referral form with parental consent.
