The Systems of Care
The County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency's Mental Health Services Systems of Care is an evolving structure designed to
deliver mental health and related supportive services to county residents. As a collaboration involving public and private partnerships,
children, family members and adults, the system strives to ensure that county residents have access to quality services, as guided by our
mission, principles and goals.
Community members influence the Systems of Care through their involvement. Individuals impact the Systems of Care when they elect and interact
with their representatives. Members of the community are invited to express their ideas and concerns in public forums or by contacting members
of the County Mental Health Administration directly.
