Works with Chula Vista families to assess family needs, linkage and referrals to needed services, emergency food, health insurance application assistance for children and pregnant women, Cal Fresh pre-screening, coordinate adult education classes including English as a second language classes (ESL), and parenting classes at several Family Resource Center locations. Classes vary by semester. Also, offers employment assistance and support.
