Provides readiness experiences that will help children in their beginning years in school. Involves parents actively in the education of their children through classroom participation. Morning and afternoon sessions are available at most sites and include lunch and scheduled field trips.

8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday

Other Requirements:Eligibility: Ages 3 to 4 years for preschool (child must be ages 3 years 9 months to 4 years 9 months as of September 1 of the program year). Must be receiving TANF or be low income. Must live within the San Diego Unified School District. Physical examinations, immunizations, and tuberculin skin tests (which only parents need after acceptance) should be up-to-date prior to enrollment.
