Other Requirements:Eligibility: Admittance to the Adult Emergency Winter Shelter is based on priority and vulnerability, using a common assessment tool, the Vulnerability Index-Service Prioritization and Decision Assistance Tool through the CAHP system.
Accepts men and women 18 years and up, persons with disabilities who can care for themselves, persons in wheelchairs, undocumented persons, persons with mental or emotional disabilities, persons with alcohol or drug abuse problems and persons with HIV/AIDS.
