ACCESS from AT&T | Low Cost Internet

Provides a low-cost option ranging from $5-$10 a month for home internet access to low-income households in the 21 states where they offer wire line home internet services. Service includes free installation and free WiFi modem.

  • Eligibility Requirements:Must meet the following guidelines: 1. At least one person in the household participates in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) 2. Live in one of the 21 states where AT&T provides wire line home Internet service; and at least one of the Access from AT&T Internet speed tiers is available at the address. California residents also are eligible if: 1. At least one member of the household receives SSI benefits 2. At least one of the Access from AT&T Internet speed tiers is available at the address.
