AssranceWireless is a dysfunctional company. They make it very difficult to speak to a representative. On the 2 occaisions that I was able to speak to a representative, I had to contact their technical services, it was the only menu item that made it possible to speak to a human. I have called the Lifeline service and they told me that my application was accepted. I have called the National Verifier and they told me that I was approved, I had an account and they gave me the account number and told me that I should call your company and inform a representative that there was no reason why they should reject me. I have, within the last 6 months, been told on 3 different occasions, that there was nothing more that I had to do, I should wait 7 to 10 days to receive a cellphone and I should call them back when I received it. I didn't receive a phone. The only thing that I can do now is to file a ticket with the FCC.

I would like to apologize on behalf of the united States' of America for any rude or demeaning reviews Assurance wireless might encounter. I would also like to formally thank You very much for supplying me a phone I greatly appreciate it. You have been my savior in many situations and for that I am forever grateful.
