Provides recovery and rehabilitation services for severely and persistently mentally ill adults and older adults. Provides non-emergency outpatient psychiatric services for medication and other urgent mental health needs. Integrated care with physical health. All clients are screened to determine appropriate level of care. Culturally competent services include crisis intervention, mental health assessment, group therapy, medication management, short-term individual counseling, and case management. Vocational and educational services are also available. Outreach and shelter services are provided to homeless and mentally ill individuals in the North Central and East County sites only. Clients who are not eligible for services at the clinics are referred to community resources appropriate to their needs.
