CREST Community | CREST Community Program, Treatment for Hoarding

Offers individual therapeutic treatment for older adults with a hoarding behavior. Provides both mobile and in-clinic outpatient sessions (UCSD outpatient psychiatry clinic in Hillcrest), with majority of the sessions taking place in the clients home. Services offered include comprehensive care for hoarding behaviors including, evidence-based individual behavior therapy, personalized treatment plans, comprehensive assessment, peer support services, groups for family members, and post-treatment aftercare groups available. Treatment is provided by a team of psychologists, social workers, care managers, peer support specialists, and mental health professionals in training.
