Offers free personalized transportation program for adults ages 60 years and older and persons with a disability who are residents of La Mesa and cannot drive. Door-to-door rides are provided for essential needs such as medical or dental appointments, shopping, personal care, banking and more.

  • Eligibility Requirements:Must meet the following guidelines: 1. Adults ages 60 years and older and adults with a disability who cannot drive. 2. Resident of La Mesa Before requesting a ride, an application must be completed. Rides must be requested 5 business days prior to the appointment. California Immunization Card;Intake/Application Form. First time riders must complete an application and service agreement prior to first ride.
