I give this place zero stars. This place is a scam. They don't know what they're doing. They be shut down for malpractice. They're preying on the elderly, and people with mental with health issues. I didn't see one certification of medical training/schooling in it for any of the four people that work there. I've had more than one mental evaluation, and assessment in my life, they've never counted my cat as my child as this did. They wee unaware of names relating to serious mental health breakdowns. They don't follow proper protocol. Don't trust these people. They're not what they're saying they are. I've read the reviews from other Exodus facilities if all kinds, they all say the same thing I am. These people are neglectful, abusive, and unlearned in thier field. This location isn't accredited with the BBB, that means it not a respected place if business. In my opinion, any care facility that doesn't have an account with BBB is trying to hide something.
