Primary healthcare services include sick visits, well-child visits, physicals, immunizations, management of chronic diseases, cardiology, pediatric development services such as healthy development screenings, assessments and interventions, occupational, speech and physical therapy, audiology, parenting classes and toddler enrichment. Referral only for chiropractic care, physical therapy, podiatry and rheumatology.
Also offers vision services including a comprehensive eye exam, glaucoma and cataract screening, glasses and contacts.
Prenatal and women’s services include birth control, pregnancy tests, family planning, ultrasound, prenatal/postnatal care, lactation services, gynecology, and breast and cervical cancer screenings.
Offers HIV testing and case management, PrEP and PEP, STD screening and treatment, medication management, and substance use services including outpatient treatment, support groups, and recovery solutions.
