Offers primary healthcare services and medical appointments to all ages, vision services, prenatal and women’s services, HIV and STD treatment, and substance use services. Primary healthcare services include sick visits, well-child visits, physicals, immunizations, management of chronic diseases, cardiology, pediatric development services such as healthy development screenings, assessments and interventions, occupational, speech and physical therapy, audiology, parenting classes and toddler enrichment. Referral only for chiropractic care, physical therapy, podiatry and rheumatology. Also offers vision services including a comprehensive eye exam, glaucoma and cataract screening, glasses and contacts. Prenatal and women’s services include birth control, pregnancy tests, family planning, ultrasound, prenatal/postnatal care, lactation services, gynecology, and breast and cervical cancer screenings. Offers HIV testing and case management, PrEP and PEP, STD screening and treatment, medication management, and substance use services including outpatient treatment, support groups, and recovery solutions.

Free breast and cervical cancer screening is provided for women who do not have insurance, who are residents of California, and who meet low-income guidelines. For free cervical cancer screening, must be age 21 years or older. For free breast cancer screening, must be age 40 years or older.. California Immunization Card;Medicare/Medi-Cal Card;Proof of Income;Proof of Residency;Health Insurance Card;Photo ID. A brief history is taken before services are rendered, please complete new patient intake form.Bring insurance card (if applicable), otherwise please provide proof of income, residency and ID, as well as immunization card for pediatric appointments.
