Offers primary healthcare services and medical appointments to all ages, women’s services, HIV and STD treatment, substance use services, and transgender health services. Also offers adult Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) Examinations/ Immigration Physicals for a fixed fee. Primary healthcare services include sick visits, physicals, immunizations, management of chronic diseases, physical rehabilitation services such as physical therapy, chiropractic care, and sports medicine. Women’s services include birth control, pregnancy tests, family planning, prenatal care, gynecology, and breast and cervical cancer screenings. Offers HIV testing and case management, PrEP and PEP, STD screening and treatment. The Night Clinic (TNC), provides free and confidential HIV testing, including rapid HIV tests. Also offers medication management, and substance use services including outpatient treatment, support groups, and recovery solutions. Other services include Monitored Hormone Therapy, support for those at-risk for HIV & STDs, support for transition-related issues, and the Transgender Patient Advocate Program. This program assists patients in finding appropriate providers, making appointments and ensuring optimal patient care for transgender-identified individuals. All individuals, including those of non-conforming gender identities, are welcomed into this program.

Free breast and cervical cancer screening is provided for women who do not have insurance, who are residents of California, and who meet low-income guidelines. For free cervical cancer screening, must be age 21 years or older. For free breast cancer screening, must be age 40 years or older.. California Immunization Card;Medicare/Medi-Cal Card;Proof of Income;Proof of Residency;Health Insurance Card;Photo ID. A brief history is taken before services are rendered, please complete new patient intake form. Bring insurance card (if applicable), otherwise please provide proof of income, residency and ID, as well as immunization card for pediatric appointments.
