Offers primary healthcare services and medical appointments to all ages, vision services, audiology services, prenatal and women’s services, HIV and STD treatment. Also offers adult and pediatric Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) Examinations/ Immigration Physicals for a fixed fee.
Primary healthcare services include sick visits, well-child visits, physicals, immunizations, management of chronic diseases, physical therapy, pediatric development services such as healthy development screenings, assessments and interventions, occupational, speech and physical therapy, parenting classes, and toddler enrichment, older adults services such as primary care, behavioral health, podiatry and cardiology.
Audiology evaluations are provided at this location including referrals for hearing aids. Also offers vision services including a comprehensive eye exam, glaucoma and cataract screening, glasses and contacts.
Prenatal and women’s services include birth control, pregnancy tests, family planning, ultrasound, prenatal/postnatal care, lactation services, gynecology, and breast and cervical cancer screenings. Offers HIV testing and case management, PrEP and PEP, STD screening and treatment, and medication management. Pharmacy services are also available.
