• Eligibility Requirements:Homeless one or two parent families and single women who are connected with the coordinated entry system (CES).. Birth Certificate. Families need proof of custody of children such as birth certificate or legal documentation. Referral through the Coordinated Entry System (CES) only. To learn more about the CES visit the Regional Task Force on the Homeless (RTFH) website: http://www.rtfhsd.org/resource-library/coordinated-entry-system/ To enter CES, clients must be literally homeless and complete a common assessment. The assessment is a tool that helps to inform a homeless client’s level of need and program eligibility. For a list of assessment locations, visit the RTFH website: http://www.rtfhsd.org/ or call 211 San Diego. Completing an assessment is not a guarantee of housing. After taking an assessment it is important to continue to attempt to access all other opportunities for housing.
