Assistance includes answering income tax questions, providing income tax and homeowner/renter assistance claim forms, explaining bills and notices, accepting payments, and making payment arrangements on delinquent accounts where there is financial hardship. Provides information about free tax preparation services for low-income individuals (services generally available from February 1 - April 15).
