A full-service naval medical center including a 24-hour emergency room for military personnel and their families (the Medical Center is part of the County Disaster System). Services offered include, but are not limited to, the following: a 4-week residential rehabilitation program at Point Loma; audiology; cancer treatment; child abuse services; dental; dialysis; eating disorders; eye care; mental health services; nutrition; occupational, physical, and speech therapy; parenting programs; perinatal services; sleep disorders; social services; spine center; and weight control services. Also provides HIV testing, counseling, and follow-up.

I was waiting at their waiting room from 8:30pm and wasn’t even called in until nearly mid night! It’s so pathetic

Came here with my baby who swallowed glass and was spitting blood. Waited several hours in line with people who were just coughing. What’s the point of calling it emergency room??? Slow ignorant staff. Not emergency.
