Provides a comprehensive range of health services to all ages, including primary care, routine preventive screenings, pediatrics, prenatal, family planning, counseling and health education. Pediatrics services include well-baby and well-child check-ups, immunizations, physicals and weight management. Women’s health services includes obstetrics and gynecology, prenatal/postpartum care including psychosocial support and nutrition services, pregnancy testing, family planning services, breast and cervical cancer screenings, and breastfeeding classes. Older adult services provide diabetes management, specialty medical care, prescription management and senior peer groups.

  • Fees:Insurance accepted. Sliding scale fees based on family size and income. No patient will be turned away based on an inability to pay.

This place is a joke and shoukd be under new management. 1st your on hold for a min 30 Min just to talk to someone. I've been out of icu for 2 weeks now and still can not get in to recieve treatment or care. I was lied to and told to go to office in El Cajon. Just to find they cancled appt AND IT WAS WITH MENTAL HEALTH DR. I just had a majir stroke and still have not had any medical treatment or attention. And I've been trying. Now I'm told in 2 days with my dr fir 30 mins. Time will tell. I ll be lucky I'm not dead first who do they answer to? Thats the info I need. I still have to go here? .
