I have to agree with all I’ve the low ratings and would do zero if I could. I was there voluntary and they kept telling me I couldn’t leave until the last of four days when they realized I could leave whenever I wanted. I had no real help at all - it was basically a jail and that’s what I call it. I’m sure they kept me there because I actually have insurance when most don’t and they want the money. The staff was nice to me because I wasn’t crazy out of my mind but they were very rude to others. One woman asked for chocolate milk and said she’d gotten that at other hospitals. The woman told her rudely (and loudly enough for me to hear) that “this isn’t a regular hospital - it’s a crazy hospital “. That doesn’t make anyone feel good. Basically they took my vitals and gave me the medications I was already on. They didn’t communicate anything to my husband when he called even though I gave hippa permission to do so. He was beside himself and worried. When I finally got out they did make me
