Confidential testing is offered in conjunction with an exam for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). People who test positive for HIV are referred to medical, mental health, and social services as appropriate. Provides 24-hour recorded information of testing hours and locations. Free HIV testing available at several locations throughout the county. A mobile unit is operated out of the Public Health Services Complex at 3851 Rosecrans Street in San Diego.
