State-of-the-art transitional housing facility, featuring 16 three-bedroom, three-bath units for veterans, 9 two bedroom units and 12 two bedroom studios. These are beds available for three different programs. 1. Bridge Housing Program - 90 day or less; applicant must be enrolled in a housing intervention prior. Stay must be VA funded; sta7 requires VA approval. Veteran pays no rent. 2. Service Intensive Transitional Housing (SITH) program - 3-6 month average length of stay; has program requirements. VA funded, stay requires VA approval. Veteran pays no rent. 3. Veterans in Transition (VIT) - 1-2 year average stay. Maximum monthly rent of $350.00 The apartments come fully furnished with everything residents need, including: television with cable, internet access, mattresses, blankets, pillows and sheets, dishes, forks, knives and glasses.

Additional documentation may be required depending on the program requested. No illicit drugs or alcohol allowed on campus
