Provides one way, one time, transportation assistance services to clients who are homeless (or at imminent risk) in the City of San Diego who wish to return to their family or other support system in a distant part of the continental U.S. Services include assistance with greyhound bus fare only. Client must have family/support systems in place when relocation occurs (verification will be made).

  • Eligibility Requirements:Must be a homeless individual or family in the City of San Diego (921 zip code ONLY). Must have a verifiable support system where they plan to travel. Hepatitis A vaccine is strongly encouraged. No outstanding Legal issues or required to register as a PC290. Call for details/more information. Does NOT assist with Day Passes. Agency must speak with family to verify living arrangements and transportation upon arrival.
