Provides books, magazines, 3D printing, wifi, newspapers, videos, CDs, and DVDs to meet the information, educational and recreational needs of the public. Provides free use of computers with internet access. Many branches offer special programs for children, adults, seniors, and families. Activities may include book clubs, story time for children, and crafts.

California residents 18 years and older, or those younger than age 18 years with a parent/legal guardian approval, are able to register to receive a library card.
