Provides emergency services to homeless and low-income individuals and families. Services include: case management services with eligibility requirements, assistance to obtain DMV identification (at a reduced fee), transportation voucher for new job (must provide proof). Provides hygiene articles, clothing and shoes, diapers provided when available (1x every 3 months), work boots and tools (limited), prescription assistance up to $25 (non-narcotic), and a 3 to 4 day supply of emergency food twice a year: once at clients choice and the other during Christmas time. Food supplied by agency must be cooked by clients, no hot meals available. Also accepts new or secondhand clothing donations to distribute to those in need.

Work tools and work boots: must have proof of employment on employer's letterhead. Minimal prescription assistance: must have original prescription, non-narcotic, one time assistance only. Limited to low income, acutely homeless, and underemployed. ID No fee voucher- Must be homeless (bring any supporting documents such as homeless verification from other agencies,proof of mailing address, eviction notice, etc.) Reduced ID voucher- Must be low income AND receiving county benefits (Medi-cal, CalFresh, CalWorks, General Relief) and provide prrof of receiving benefits. Call for specific eligibility criteria.. Call for details/more information;Proof of identification;Rent Receipt. Walk-in only: at 8:30 am 30 Numbers are handed out for distribution. At 12:30 pm, another 15 numbers are handed out for distribution. Photo identification required to register for services. For emergency supplemental food client must have picture ID and a current rent receipt.
