Meetings are run by volunteer, non-professionals.

Thank goodness I found SMART! The cognitive behavioral tools they teach helped me with my mis-use of alcohol. I love that the tools can be used for any maladaptive behavior you choose to change. I now use those tools for everyday life stresses and to achieve life balance. There is no judging, blaming, or shaming at the free support meetings and cross talk is encouraged.
