Not the best

Clients are great, just food and people work there seem stressed and overworked.
Nope - stay away

This agency COULD be a valuable resource in the community but instead, it is run by selfish people with no interest in anything but themselves. The organization fosters fear and the unknown. There is no HR department, so there is no recourse for employees. Additionally, they preach trauma-informed care (TIC), yet upper management does not practice this method. Stay away at all cost.
So there’s no Hr department at foster group homes

The need to care for clients and kids is admirable, very disturbed that there is no HR department, management will say they practice informed trauma care but actions will show about the opposite. It comes down to how much money they can make and get from just housing kids and holding employees hostage there
Great Clients, No HR department

I am a licensed therapist currently, was getting my hours there the year 2021-2022 post pandemic, I'd say the joy of helping kids was amazing and will warm any person's heart. Sadly The pay is unlivable for any hard-working American citizen in San Diego, the managers will use fear tactics of demoting to not giving supervisor hours as ways to keep any and all employees hostage to stay/slave away at the company until they burnout, quit and or no longer of service. I can see why foster places and the people associated with them get the 'bad rap' they get.

They are a horrible company they treat foster kids and extended foster kids like property. This agency is horrible they are currently kicking out one of my friends whose girl is having a kid can you believe that. They also kicked me out because I have diabetes. This company is horrible they lie about everything they say they match you at end of your time with program with the rent you pay and they don’t they don’t answer you and if you go there they say they don’t have that paperwork. This company is horrible they need to be shut down you think they helping kids they aren’t they cause mental trauma to every kid that lives in there definition of group homes which is just juvenile hall.
